SocialPilot is a social media scheduler sold in flat-priced plans, each with a set number of social accounts and users, and SocialPilot pitches its Premium and Ultimate plans at agencies. Client seats, client approvals and white-label reports start on Premium. The entry plan, Essentials, covers 7 accounts and 1 user for $30 a month ($25.50 billed annually) but has no analytics, inbox or approvals. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial with no credit card.
We assessed SocialPilot alongside the rest of our scheduling & publishing reviews, including SocialBee, Planoly and Hootsuite, so the score below is relative to that field.
What it does well
Ten supported networks. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile; the pricing page doesn't limit any of them to a higher plan. SocialPilot says Instagram posts, Reels, Stories and carousels publish automatically to Business and Creator profiles, and TikTok offers direct publishing or mobile reminders.
Publishing basics from the first tier. Every plan has smart queues, a calendar, per-network edits, first comments on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, repeat posts, UTM tags, a content library and RSS auto-posting (5 feeds on Essentials, 20 on Ultimate). Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Zapier, a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and iOS and Android apps are included throughout.
Client workflows on Premium. Premium adds unlimited client seats, client approvals, competitor and custom reports, white-label PDF reports, and bulk scheduling of up to 500 posts by CSV. SocialPilot says clients can approve posts from emailed links without logging in.
An MCP server on all paid plans. It connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, which can then create and schedule posts, save drafts and check for failed posts. ChatGPT needs a paid plan that supports connectors, and its custom MCP setup needs Developer Mode.
Where it falls short
Essentials has no analytics, reports, social inbox or approval workflows; they start on Standard at $50 a month. The pricing page describes inbox replies to Facebook and Instagram posts, comments and messages, and to Instagram story replies. Bulk scheduling waits for Premium at $100.
Seats step up with the plan: 1, 3, 6, then unlimited on Ultimate. Extra accounts are $4 each a month but come in bundles of 5 ($20), and the Standard and Premium cards list extra users at $5 a month. Advanced White Label (your colors and URL) is on Ultimate and Enterprise only, and white-label accounts can't use the Slack integration. API access and SSO are Enterprise only, priced by sales.
On refunds, SocialPilot's terms say it will refund your latest charge in full if you forgot to cancel, or if you haven't used the account for more than a day after that charge. There are no prorated refunds once you've used the account for more than a day. Annual plans are not refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
AI credits run from 500 on Essentials to unlimited on Ultimate. The pricing page doesn't say what one request costs in credits or whether credits reset monthly.
Pricing in practice
From SocialPilot's pricing page, checked Oct 17, 2026. USD, before tax, paid by card or PayPal; EUR, GBP and AUD prices are also listed. Annual billing saves 15%.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Accounts / users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $30/mo | $25.50/mo ($306/yr) | 7 / 1 |
| Standard | $50/mo | $42.50/mo ($510/yr) | 15 / 3 |
| Premium | $100/mo | $85/mo ($1,020/yr) | 25 / 6 |
| Ultimate | $200/mo | $170/mo ($2,040/yr) | 50 / unlimited |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Custom / unlimited |
Yearly totals are the listed monthly rate times 12.
Example (assumptions: USD, no tax, no add-ons, billed annually). A solo creator on 6 networks who only schedules fits Essentials at $306 a year; adding analytics and the inbox means Standard at $510. A small agency with 20 client accounts, 4 users and client approvals needs Premium at $1,020 a year. With every account slot used, Premium and Ultimate both work out to $3.40 per account per month billed annually (our arithmetic).
Who should pick it (and who shouldn't)
Pick SocialPilot if you schedule for several clients or brands and need client approvals, white-label reports and several seats at a published price. Skip it if you want a free plan, if you're a solo creator who needs analytics (they start on the $50-a-month Standard plan), or if you'd pay annually and want a refund option. See SocialPilot's pricing. Review and listings management is a separate product, SocialPilot Reviews, with its own plans.
