Vista SocialAFFILIATE makes sense if you run 10 or more social profiles across several brands, clients or locations and want publishing, inbox, reviews and reporting in one place. It is not a cheap starter scheduler: there is no free plan, the entry tier is $99 a month, and the interface is denser than Later or Buffer.
We assessed Vista Social alongside the rest of our scheduling & publishing reviews, including Publer, Hypefury and Later, so the score below is relative to that field.
What it does well
A lot of capacity on the entry plan. Professional covers 15 social profiles and 2 users, with publishing, bulk scheduling, an engagement inbox, review management, reports, a link-in-bio page (Vista Page) and DM automations for up to 10,000 contacts.
Network coverage. Alongside Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest, Vista Social supports Reddit, Google Business Profile and Trustpilot. Our read: review management becomes useful the moment a creator has a local studio or a product with reviews.
Reporting you can hand to someone. Reports can be downloaded and scheduled. Custom reports start on Advanced, and white-label reports and dashboards are Scale only, which is the line that matters for anyone billing clients.
DM automations. Automated replies to comments and DMs are on every plan, with lead collection on Advanced and up. For creators who run "comment a keyword for the link" posts, that is a job you would otherwise buy a separate tool for.
AI. Every plan includes monthly AI credits for captions and replies. The pricing page also lists Ask Vista, a new AI assistant with MCP connections to outside AI tools; we have seen no independent evidence on how well it works.
Where it falls short
The interface is busy. Feature breadth means more menus, and documentation is thinner than the product. Expect a learning curve.
Several things a creator might assume are included cost extra. X (Twitter) is a $29-a-month add-on. Listening on your own profiles is free, but listening across social, web and news starts at $75 a month. Smart scheduling, custom fields, advanced approvals, Zapier and Make all need Advanced.
Vista Social's own pages also disagree on seats: the plan cards say 2 users on Professional and 3 on Advanced, while the FAQ says 3 and 6. We use the plan card numbers. Confirm with sales if seats decide it for you.
Pricing in practice
From Vista Social's pricing page, checked Oct 10, 2026 (USD). There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Profiles / users | AI credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $99/mo | $950/yr | 15 / 2 | 1,000/mo |
| Advanced | $199/mo | $1,910/yr | 30 / 3 | 2,000/mo |
| Scale | $449/mo | $4,310/yr | 70 / 4, white-label | 3,500/mo |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited |
Employee advocacy is an add-on from $199 a month for 25 employees.
Example (assumptions: Professional, billed annually, all 15 profile slots used, no add-ons). $950 a year works out to about $79 a month, or roughly $5.28 per profile per month. With only four profiles, the same plan is about $19.80 per profile, which is why small creators should compare cheaper tools first.
Who should pick it (and who shouldn't)
Pick it if you manage several brands, clients or locations, need reviews and DMs in the same inbox as comments, or want scheduled reports. Skip it if you are a solo creator with a handful of profiles who wants the calmest possible calendar.

A feature-dense social suite for creators and small teams running several brands or clients. Review management, reporting and DM automation are in the $99/month entry plan, but white-label reports, Zapier and smart scheduling sit on higher tiers, there is no free plan, and the interface has more corners than Later or Buffer.
